Wedding stuff

Dad is doing well, his stitches are off and now he is home playing xbox almost everyday. I am not kidding he has EVERY Call of Duty game and has gone through 2 of the titles already!!

Meanwhile … I am trying to get organized with my wedding. For those who have or are married – any advice on guest list? I need to trim my down completely and I really have no room for all of my family and friends…. HELP!

I’m glad your dad is doing well!

The guest list was hard for me too. I think it helps to make guesses on how likely it is for a guest to attend. Most of our in-state guests came to the wedding, but a lot of out-of-state guests couldn’t make it. I think it’s safe to invite over your limit since usually, not everyone can make it 🙂 We invited most of our family, but for friends, we kept it to ones we were closest to.

Good luck with all your wedding planning!

@Cat, I took your advice – called alot of out of state friends/family and invited a few more family in Texas who I knew would come for sure so I over invited by just a few….

Thanks so much – just sent off all my save the dates!! <3

I’m glad the pictures came out good. I was worried, I’m not a photographer.
I also love how the invites came out. <3

POTATO! You’re getting married? That’s amazing! I wish you well. But yeah guest list—ugh this is a problem for me as well. That’s why I let my mom handle the invitations. LOL. I think you should invite those who would surely bring something to give you. You know, presents? I KID. Haha.

I’m happy your dad’s alright now. Awesome gamer too! Woot!

I didn’t know you were getting married! Congrats! It must be so exciting, hectic but exciting 🙂 I’m not married so I can’t give you any pointers, friends of mine who have gotten hitched had the same problem though. Good luck!

I’m glad that your dad is doing well, haha, he sounds like my brother! My brother is obsessed with COD, he’s always playing online with his friends.

LOL dad def. is like a kid playing xbox all day – but after a month playing COD he is just waiting to go back to work – or even just be able to drive himself around town – he is so bored!!!
